Are you racking your brains thinking what to cook for dinner? If you do not know a thing or two about cooking then here is a super simple recipe that will wow the palates of those who are hardest to please. All you need is one whole dressed chicken, a few pinches of salt, pepper, ground cinnamon and the best convection oven.

Mix equal parts of salt, pepper and ground cinnamon and rub it all over the chicken. Set the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and roast the chicken for an hour and a half. Convection ovens are so convenient to use because you can set the temperature and timer on the digital push button panel. You have nothing to worry about because the oven automatically shuts off when the time is up. All you have to do is to wait for the chicken to finish cooking. The heat in the oven is evenly distributed so the meat of the chicken cooks through down to the bones. The result is a chicken roast that has crispy, golden brown skin with tender, juicy meat on the inside. These ovens have an easy pull out drip tray. You can use the chicken drippings and make them into gravy by adding a cup of water, a tablespoon of cornstarch, salt, pepper and a cube of chicken bouillon.
